Pune, Aug 28: Mantra Properties has announced Property Privilege Fest 2026, a limited-period campaign offering homebuyers a range of benefits and rewards on bookings across participating Mantra projects and Burgundy projects. The campaign will run from 19 August to 30 September 2026.
One of the key highlights of the campaign is the opportunity to win a luxury car. Customers who book a participating Mantra or Burgundy home during the fest will stand a chance to win the car; one lucky winner will be selected, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
As part of the campaign, every eligible customer booking a home across participating Mantra and Burgundy projects is assured benefits worth up to ₹20 lakh. For Mantra projects, the benefits include an EMI holiday for 24 months, a ₹1 lakh gold voucher, ₹3 lakh worth of white goods and zero maintenance for two years. For Burgundy projects, Mantra’s luxury line, the benefits include an EMI holiday for 24 months, a ₹1 lakh gold voucher, ₹5 lakh worth of white goods and zero maintenance for two years. The EMI holiday is exclusively available to customers financing through the applicable lending partner.
The Property Privilege Fest will also feature a new reward every week, worth up to ₹10 lakh. These include a premium motorcycle, an international trip, a luxury watch, a modular kitchen and a gold voucher. Homebuyers can participate by visiting a participating Mantra or Burgundy project, exploring the available homes and booking during the Property Privilege Fest to unlock the applicable booking benefits and an opportunity to win the luxury car.
